Submission Process Overview
Step 1: Submit Your Content
Provide all required information, including your detailed description (section 2), showcase content (section 3), and supporting visuals (section 4). This content will be used for evaluation and will form the basis of your poster.
Step 2: Poster Design (after evaluation)
Selected participants will be invited to design their poster using a provided Canva template, based on the content submitted in this form.

Important Note on Poster Development
Selected participants will be invited to design their poster based on the content submitted in this form.
Permitted revisions: Clarifying wording, improving readability, updating minor data points, aligning tone for a broader audience
Not permitted: Submission of new or substantially revised content, changes to the core concept or scope, addition of new sections.
Refinements are limited to improving clarity and presentation. Substantive changes are not permitted at this stage. WAITRO will provide selected participants with a Canva link for poster design following the evaluation process. WAITRO reserves the right to make final adjustments prior to printing to ensure compliance with content requirements and the overall design framework.
